  • People with developed muscles such as body builders, labourers.
  • Pregnant woman
  • Breastfeeding woman
  • Frail elderly
  • People under 5'
2. Calories required & weight gain or loss are related to age.

3. Avoiding BMI related disease.

4. Eat right & exercise regularly.
